I am looking for any other Alaskans who have an interest in starting a referendum to see MMJ dispensaries in our great state. While we have excellent herb here, it can sometimes be difficult to find and expensive. In Southeast, especially the Skagway, Ketchikan, Petersburg, Haines, areas, a 1/8 oz. can go for as much as 100.00-120.00 and more. The remote areas of the rest of the state also suffer from the same dilemma.

I wonder if you guys have experience with Health Insurance offering support for Medical Marijuana/Cannabis? I think that some International Medical Insurance companies see Medical Marijuana/Cannabis as medicine and offer coverage. It would be interesting to see how all of this plays out. What do you guys know about this?
